Let's compare twitter to plurk and plurk to twitter. LOL.
Let's start with my favorite. :)

has super cute emoticons! Like these:
and a lot lot more.

has none. :(

uses timeline (which is so cool) to see the your plurks and other people's plurks or in the simplest form, the so-called updates.

uses.. i don't know. Basta it's like a list.

I think, is harder to use/figure out than twitter

is ofcourse, easier to use. Or should I say convenient?

Has this thing called "karma". It goes up when you do quality plurking and goes down when you are inactive. [FYI, high karma gives you the access to use super super cute emoticons! :)]

They don't have karma that goes up and down. You can update anytime you want without having to worry about your karma [cause they don't have it] getting low. :)

is for commoners..

is for celebrities. Haha! Or those people who want to follow celebrities. xD Hollywood stars have their twitter accounts too! Megan Fox, P. Diddy, Katy Perry, Lady Gaga, Lil Wayne, Blake Lively, Oprah, Ryan Seacrest, Ashton Kutcher, Justin Timberlake, Snoop Dogg, etc. [Btw, those are the celebrities that I follow. Haha!]

has a wide variety of layouts to choose from.

has only a few layouts.

[I think] it's easier to respond to other plurks. It's almost similar to chatting.
